F.A.Q.

Does this price include serving staff?
Yes. For the full service price our crew sets up the buffet line with the complete menu. They then stay and maintain / refill the buffet items as the guest go down the line, keeping it fresh and full. After the meal is finished they break down the buffet, and pack up the food left on the table for the customer.

Does the crew cut the cake?
If the cake provider does not cut the cake, arrangements can be made ahead of time for our staff to do so. We do not charge for this service but if additional plates and napkins are needed we can provide them for 20 cents per person.

Do the drinks include alcohol?
We offer basic drink service of soda, tea, lemonade and coffee for $2.00 per person.  We are licensed and insured to serve alcohol in Kentucky.  We can also make arrangements to serve alcohol in Indiana on a case-by-case basis.  We have several bar packages to meet our client's needs and budgets.

Are linens included?
For Formal Catering the price includes linens for the buffet table, beverage table, and waterfall table. Additional linens for guest tables, cake tables etc. are available at additional cost depending on types of linens requested. For Casual Catering, white or gingham plastic table coverings are provided for the buffet tables and beverage table.

How long does the buffet stay open?
This is taken on a case by case basis. The rule of thumb is that we leave the buffet open and full until no one is eating anymore. In other words the guest decides.

Can I order something not on the menu?
We will be happy to make anything you want even if it is not on the menu. There will only be an additional charge is the item has expensive ingredients or a difficult, time-consuming preparation.

What halls are you permitted to cater in?
We are on several halls' preferred caterer list including St. Michaels, The Louisville Zoo, Kentucky State Parks, Louisville Science Center and the Mellwood Art Center.  If we are not on the list for the hall of your choice, give us a call and we will try to be added to that list as soon as possible.
